Since their earliest professional roles, our partners have built a strong and enduring collaboration, working side by side to develop AEW’s industrial business from 2005 to 2025. As early movers into the industrial real estate sector, each partner made a deliberate strategic commitment to this asset class, developing deep, specialized expertise over time. Their complementary leadership profiles now provide genuine pan-European reach and credibility, grounded in long-standing market experience.
